The Clark Center Employee of the Quarter award is a peer recognition award. Awards are considered for those employees who have demonstrated ability and willingness to work with and for other to achieve a common goal, is an advocate for the success of other team members, and demonstrates a firm commitment to the Bio-X vision.

All Clark Center residents who are Stanford University or HHMI employees are eligible with exception to faculty, appointed staff, students and postdoctoral fellows.
