A newly published protein structure helps explain how some anti-cancer immunotherapy treatments work
A molecular “snapshot” of a protein can be critical to understanding its function. Stanford Bio-X affiliated faculty member Jennifer Cochran, Stanford Bio-X Fellow Jack Silberstein, Stanford Bio-X Undergraduate Summer Research Program participant Jessica Frank, and colleagues have published a new structure of the protein LAG-3, which enable the development of new cancer treatments.
