Seminar Room S360

S360 is located in the seminar area on the 3rd floor of the South wing of the Clark Center, accessible by going through the Coffee Bar @ the Clark Center (Peet's Coffee).  It is available for lectures, meetings, presentations, and seminars and can accommodate a maximum of 74 people with classroom-style seating (individual chairs with desktops).

Access to the seminar rooms through Peet's Coffee is available 8am-3pm, M-F. If the main exit doors (through Peet's Coffee) are locked, please exit through the side doors. Please contact clarkreservations@stanford.edu for further information regarding access to the seminar rooms outside of these hours.

The event organizer and the event owner are considered jointly responsible for the cleanliness of the room, and any food messes, spills, undue garbage, or major rearrangement of furniture will result in a housekeeping fee of at least $250.

Catering in all of the seminar rooms (S360, S361, S362, and S363) must be approved by the Clark Reservations in advance and must be arranged through the Coffee Bar @ the Clark Center (Peet's Coffee) by calling (650) 497-9227, or by submitting a Catering Request Form; or by contacting Stanford Catering at (650) 725-1503 (Stanford Catering does not handle Peet’s orders).

  • For all meetings in the South building, the Event Contact must meet the caterers outside on time, have them sign the check-in sheet at the Clark Facilities office, and accompany them in through the back door closest to the room. Caterers cannot go through the wet laboratory spaces at any time. If accompanied by the Event Contact, they can go in through the back doors and set up. Please do not guide them through Peet’s coffee.

  • No more than 74 people can attend events in S360.
  • No weekend or after-hours events are allowed without a Clark Facilities chaperone.
  • Lengthy and high-attendance events may require on-site housekeeping for a minimum of $250 for 4 hours.
  • Your event is not final until you have received an email confirmation from Clark Reservations.
