Dr. Fatima Rodriguez, MD, MPH is an Assistant Professor in Cardiovascular Medicine and (by courtesy) the Stanford Prevention Research Center. She received her MD and MPH from Harvard University and completed residency in internal medicine at the Brigham and Women's Hospital. Dr. Rodriguez arrived at Stanford University in 2014, where she completed a cardiovascular medicine fellowship and served as Chief Fellow. She specializes in the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease, lipid disorders, and cardiovascular risk assessment in high-risk populations.
Dr. Feliks Kogan's research is focused on the development and clinical translation of novel quantitative and molecularly specific imaging technologies geared toward detection of disease at the earliest causative stages. Specifically, he is motivated to study the causes and treatment of osteoarthritis (OA) and other musculoskeletal disorders, which have a large physical and financial impact but remain poorly understood. Research projects include development of:

Dr. Feng Vankee Lin is a leader in research on brain aging and dementia. Dr. Lin's career has been devoted to understanding the neural mechanisms involved in brain aging and brain plasticity, with a special focus on early detection and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Her research approach integrates principles and findings from cognitive theory, clinical neuroscience, and computational neuroscience. This approach is complemented by Dr.
Dr. Fernando Alarid-Escudero is an Assistant Professor of Health Policy at Stanford University School of Medicine. He obtained his Ph.D. in Health Decision Sciences from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. His research focuses on developing statistical and decision-analytic models to identify optimal prevention, control, and treatment policies and conducting cost-effectiveness analyses to address a wide range of public health problems. He has also developed novel methods to quantify the value of future research. Dr.
