Bio-X Affiliated FacultyDr. Geoffrey Abrams is an Associate Professor within the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine. He specializes in Sports Medicine/arthroscopy of the shoulder, knee, and elbow, upper extremity joint replacement, as well as tendon and ligament reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, knee, and elbow.

Gen Shinozaki - Associate Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences
Bio-X Affiliated FacultyDr. Gen Shinozaki's research interests include investigation epigenetics mechanism of delirium pathophysiology, neuroinflammation and aging using human and mouse samples. Dr. Shinozaki's group aims to develop epigenetic biomarkers for delirium to predict, detect and monitor illness course, treatment response and patient outcomes. They are also working on a small point-of-care EEG device to detect delirium and predict patient outcome.

Garry Nolan - Rachford and Carlota Harris Professor and Professor of Microbiology & Immunology
Bio-X Affiliated FacultyDr. Nolan's laboratory's recent interests include studying signaling alterations at the single cell level in leukemia and lymphomas, cancer stem cells, and determining which of these signaling attributes correlate with patient outcome, drug reactivity and mechanism of disease progressions.
