Stanford undergraduate students are eligible to participate and should be in communication with Bio-X affiliated faculty to decide on an interdisciplinary project that may be supported by this award. The Bio-X Undergraduate Summer Research Program awards a total of $7000 (or the equivalent of the VPUE/UAR major grant) to the student for a 10-week period of full-time research during the summer quarter and $1000 to their mentoring faculty to support their research.
