Stanford undergraduate students are eligible to participate and should be in communication with Stanford Bio-X affiliated faculty to decide on an interdisciplinary project that may be supported by this award. For the Summer 2022, the Bio-X USRP plans to award a stipend of $7500, with a need-based supplement of up to $1500 for eligible students (i.e. the equivalent of the VPUE/UAR major grant), for a 10-week period of full-time research (June 20th to August 26th). Students from underrepresented groups in STEM fields are encouraged to apply.

Complete applications must be received by January 19, 2022 at 5:00 pm PST. Zoom interviews for the finalists will begin on February 7, 2022.
