About the Translational Innovation Partnership Awards Program
Bio-X and the former SINTN (Stanford Institute for Neuro-Innovation & Translational Neurosciences) collaborated with Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) in support of innovative research at Stanford. By jointly working with JNJ, several research areas of interest were identified, and 5 different projects were supported, including 2 Bio-X IIP Seed Grant awarded projects from Round 5 (2010). This model creates opportunities for supporting Stanford research from a higher level, with potential for deeper scientist-to-scientist interactions in continuation of the relationship.
