Dr. Dunn's research interests include intestinal lengthening for short bowel syndrome, intestinal stem cell therapy for intestinal failure, skin derived precursor cell therapy for enteric neuromuscular dysfunction, and intestinal tissue engineering.

Dr. Ferrell's laboratory studies the mitosis and meiosis cycle. Their goal is to understand the design principles of this system, and perhaps to gain insight into the systems that drive other biological oscillations (e.g. heart beats, calcium oscillations, circadian rhythms).

Dr. Gross's research focuses on emotion and emotion regulation, and this research employs both experimental and individual-difference methods.
