This seminar, hosted by Aaron Lum, Ph.D., and Philippe Clemenceau, explored FLIM (Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy), a new imaging technique that provides several full field lifetime images per second. Its performances and its compatibility with other techniques such as Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) were also discussed.
