Dr. Pritchard's lab is interested in a broad range of problems at the interface of genomics and evolutionary biology. One current focus of the lab is in understanding how genetic variation impacts gene regulation and complex traits. They also have long-term interests in using genetic data to learn about population structure, history and adaptation, especially in humans.

Dr. Wakatsuki's research interests include structural biology of post-translational modification and vesicle transport, structural biology of polyubiquitin recognition, synchrotron radiation and XFEL instrumentation, protein crystallography and small angle X-ray scattering, integrative multi-scale bioimaging.

Research in the Rosenberg Lab addresses problems in evolutionary biology and human genetics through a combination of mathematical modeling, computer simulations, development of statistical methods, and inference from population-genetic data.

Dr. Vuckovic's research interests include nanophotonics, quantum optics, nonlinear optics, quantum information technologies, optoelectronics, and cavity QED.

In collaboration with radiologists at Stanford, Dr. Sonn's group is working to define the optimal role of MRI in prostate cancer.

Dr. Dror's research focuses on computational biology, with an emphasis on the spatial organization and dynamics of biomolecules and cells.

Dr. Sergiu Pasca's lab employs state-of-the-art stem cell biology, genome engineering, imaging and neuroscience approaches to identify the dynamical processes that go awry in neural cells derived from patients with neuropsychiatric disorders, such as autism or schizophrenia, and what should be therapeutically targeted in these conditions.

Dr. Lansberg's research has focused on defining the utility of modern imaging techniques for the evaluation of acute stroke.

Dr. Kao's research program has several active projects: Pulmonary Vascular Disease; Lung Inflammation and Regeneration; Lung surfactant rheology and cellular oxidative stress; and Novel Gene Regulators NF45 and NF90.

Dr. Daniel's current research interests are MRI of Breast Cancer, particularly new techniques; MRI-guided interventions, especially MRI-compatible remote manipulation and haptics; and Medical Mixed Reality.
