Dr. Higgins works as a diagnostic surgical pathologist doing translational research in renal neoplasia and medical renal disease and neoplastic and medical liver disease.

Dr. Hesselink's research encompasses nano-photonics, ultra high density optical data storage, nonlinear optics, optical super-resolution, materials science, three-dimensional image processing and graphics, and Internet technologies.

Dr. Grill-Spector's research utilizes functional imaging (fMRI),diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), computational techniques, and behavioral methods to investigate the neural mechanisms underlying visual recognition in humans.

Dr. Michael Greicius's research focuses on elucidating the neurobiologic underpinnings of AD. His lab combines cutting edge brain imaging, "deep" phenotyping, and whole-genome sequencing of human subjects to identify novel pathways involved in AD pathogenesis.

Dr. Herschlag studies mechanisms of biological catalysis by RNA and proteins, with the general goal of understanding how RNA and protein enzymes achieve their enormous rate enhancements and exquisite specificity.

Dr. Hentz's current research interests include: Nerve regeneration and repair, evaluation of repair methods, modalities to enhance peripheral nerve regeneration, development of improved methods to analyze nerve regeneration; implementation of functional neuromuscular stimulation to paralytic deformities; and computer modeling of upper limb function.
