Anand Rajan is a rising sophomore from Southern California majoring in biology. He is currently working in the Wernig lab to create a neuronal model for Fragile X syndrome via cloning and stem cell techniques. Though this is his current focus, he is also interested in the development of drug delivery systems and gene silencing. In the future, he plans to apply to medical schools.
