Dr. Sabatti's laboratory current studies are in the statistical models and reasoning are key to their understanding of the genetic basis of human traits. Modern high-throughput technology presents to them with new opportunities and challenges. They develop statistical approaches for high dimensional data in the attempt of improving their understanding of the molecular basis of health related traits.
