Dr. Hristov's research interests include:

• Development and integration of X-ray, MRI and US imaging technologies for radiation therapy guidance;
• Design of synergistic approaches to radiation therapy delivery;
• Treatment planning optimization and modeling.

His group develops novel imaging systems and applications for advancing radiotherapeutics clinical practice and research. They constantly seek to design and demonstrate conceptually new solutions that integrate and translate advanced technologies into complete applications. With focus on addressing clinical and research challenges they strive to leverage expertise across clinical and technological domains, collaborating with researchers and groups from Electrical Engineering, Bio-robotics, Radiology, Neurosurgery and Neuroradiology.
