Nicholas, a native of Houston, Texas, is currently a senior majoring in biology. He has worked in the Khavari lab for the past two years studying various aspects of skin cell differentiation and presently the role of long noncoding RNAs in melanoma development. He hopes to enter an MD/PhD program in the future.
