Research Title: Rational Design of Biologically Active Peptides

Research Description: Inhibitors and activators of proteins can be used to uncover how cells work and to develop new drugs and therapies. The focus of Relly’s project was to develop and use computational tools to design modulators specific for particular proteins that would then be experimentally tested.
