Research Title: A Drosophila melanogaster model of Pink1-associated Parkinson's disease

Research Description: The goal of Yufeng’s project was to examine the dopaminergic neuron associated neural circuitry in fruit fly (Drosophila) models of Parkinson's disease, using a combination of genetics, electrophysiology, behavioral analysis, and computational modeling approaches.
