Dr. Sledge's group is evaluating new means of examining circulating tumor cells in patients with breast cancer with the intent of improving therapy and reducing drug resistance and is also studying the use of a "Big Data" approach to breast cancer through the Oncoshare project, which brings together multiple clinical databases.

Dr. Berek's research interests include drug development for ovarian cancer: he is currently studying levels of GBP1 expression, target protein levels, and the drug effect.

Dr. Hoffman's laboratory is interested in examining the role of insulin-like growth factors (IGF) in normal physiology and in oncogenesis and is studying the molecular biology of IGF with an emphasis on long range chromatin interactions.

Dr. Kothary’s clinical practice primarily focuses on percutaneous and endovascular therapies for primary and metastatic liver cancer, and er research interests lie in radiogenomics and in the use of advanced imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

Dr. Wong studies the fabrication and design of high-performance integrated circuits, focusing on understanding and overcoming the limitations of circuit performance imposed by device, interconnect and on-chip components.

Dr. Loening's laboratory focuses on expanding the capability of body MR and PET/MR through the development and evaluation of new MR sequences, contrast mechanisms, and contrast agents.

Dr. Katznelson has a long standing clinical and research interest in the pathophysiology and treatment of pituitary disease.

Dr. Steve Collins is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University, where he teaches courses on design and robotics and directs the Stanford Biomechatronics Laboratory. His primary focus is to speed and systematize the design and prescription of prostheses and exoskeletons using versatile device emulator hardware and human-in-the-loop optimization algorithms.

Dr. Shen's research interests include gastrointestinal and pancreatobiliary pathology, with major emphasis on GI and pancreatic neoplasia, inflammatory bowel disease, and the application of emerging technologies to pathology.
